Last fall, I attempted to start an audio series called Sounds of Ann Arbor, where I would make short vignettes of performers around Ann Arbor, and learn about their relationship with music. In this piece I spoke with Julian Montgomery, the Arcade Cellist. He had some points to make about how, in this uncertain time, music is a reliable truth. (Although no, the Earth is not flat.)
